Jeep Grand Cherokee Transfer Case SKID PLATE Only (1993-1998, ZJ)

Our ZJ 1/4 flat skid plate was designed as an addition to our Clayton Off Road Inc. suspension lift kits. It bolts onto the front 3 piece cross member using counter sunk allen head bolts, and requires our unibody frame rails to be welded in according to the new locations.

Our new subframe rails are laser cut with the correct holes, so once you attach your skid plate to the laser cut holes in the cross member, the unibody rails can slide into place, then tack weld ensuring proper spacing.

Otherwise the spacing needs to be 36 13/16 Inch, please refer to the instructional drawing for details.

1. Hardware Not included!
2. This kit is Not intended to be used on a stock setup.
3. Unibody rails are required to install this skid plate.
4. Does Not Work with old style Cross member and 2 Inch Tall Unibody Rails!
5. May Not fit with some exhaust systems.
6. Product is shipped bare metal.
